What is the correct broadband migration procedure?

1. Contact your existing broadband supplier and Request a Migration Access Code (MAC Code). The MAC Code authenticates the migration request. Ensure your existing supplier is aware that you intend to migrate and let them know that you do not currently wish to cancel your broadband service until the migration process has been completed.

2. Contact our sales team on 0330 440 9900 with the MAC Code. We will then initiate the migration process. Our team will contact you once the order has been processed to advise you of the order details including the activation date for your new broadband service.
